FeedbackKit provides APIs and tools for feedback collection including interactive overlays, testimonial collection, and changelog management. Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

To use our services, you must:

• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use our services to:

API usage is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your subscription plan. Excessive usage may result in temporary suspension of service. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

FeedbackKit retains all rights to our services, software, and documentation. You retain rights to your data and content. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

FeedbackKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period unless legally required to retain it.
